Wildmane Ranch ("Wildmane," "the app," "we") is developed and published by Zima Logistics LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information. Short version: the app sends anonymous, aggregated usage diagnostics so we can prioritize fixes — no personal data, no tracking, and no advertising.

Information We Collect

We collect anonymous, aggregated usage diagnostics — which features are opened and when errors occur — so we can prioritize fixes and improvements. This is tied to a random per-install identifier that resets if you delete and reinstall the app; it is never linked to your identity, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties or data brokers.

Inside the EU, EEA, and UK, these diagnostics are off by default and collected only if you opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app's Settings.

We do not collect:

Your name, email address, or any contact information.
Account or identity linkage — there are no user accounts.
Advertising identifiers (no IDFA) or cross-app tracking.
Your location.

How Your Data Is Stored

All game data — your horses, their names, progress, stats, and your collection — is stored locally on your device.

If you have iCloud Drive enabled, the app uses Apple's iCloud Drive APIs to back up your data to your personal iCloud account. This data is stored in your iCloud Drive, not on our servers. Zima Logistics LLC has no access to your iCloud data. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Wildmane Ranch is free to download. It offers optional Schmeckle currency packs for players who'd rather skip the grind than earn currency by playing — every pack grants an exact, disclosed amount, and nothing is gated behind them. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not see, store, or process your payment information.

Age Rating & Children's Privacy

Wildmane Ranch is rated 17+ on the App Store for comedic depictions of vice, dependency, and mental-health themes. It is not directed at children. That said, we collect no personal information from anyone, of any age — there are no accounts, no advertising, and no cross-app tracking. The anonymous, aggregated usage diagnostics described above carry no personal data and no identity linkage.

Third-Party Services

The app uses Zima Logistics' own first-party analytics endpoint to receive the anonymous, aggregated diagnostics described above. It does not integrate any third-party advertising, tracking, or data-broker SDKs. The other systems involved are Apple's (App Store, StoreKit, iCloud Drive), governed by Apple's own policies.

Data Deletion

The only data we receive — anonymous, aggregated diagnostics — carries no personal information and is tied solely to a random per-install identifier that resets when you delete and reinstall the app, so there is nothing personal for us to delete on your behalf. To delete all app data: delete the app from your device. To remove iCloud data: go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

This marketing page — separate from the app — uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic. This applies only to the website and is independent of the app's own anonymous diagnostics described above.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
